The 800XL is my main machine. It has 256Kb and a AtariMax multi OS upgrade. I have a dual pokey board sitting waiting until I find time to fit it. The 1050 has an original US Doubler fitted. You can also see my SIO2USB and SDriveNUXX. The 130XE has a bad keyboard that I need to get around to fixing and is currently stock. I'm thinking of doing the 320Kb mod on that one.

I have a few spare 1050's and an XF551 down here as well as floppies and stuff. I have another XF with a 3.5 inch mech but I don't tend to use it much. I also have cupboards and an attic full of other stuff. Oh and just off to the right of the pics is a shelf full of Atari books.

Hehe - that looks just like mine did until I tidied up a few weeks ago. The wife got sick of "seeing computer guts" everywhere. Sheesh

mine is going to go ape in the morning, it was tidy when she went to bed

And when the 19" Sony PVM monitor arrives I think I may be looking for somewhere else to live :ponder:

Good job I only sent you four boxes of stuff to repair :!: I've got a spare room if you need to get rid... Atari's or the wife :D

you can have the wife :rolling: , most of the stuff you sent me has been repaired, both 1050s now work (or was it 3), both 800xls now working, gave one to my brother and kept the fully socketed one. The 1040STe is now a 4160 Ste and the 1029 is still in the box.

This is my "nice" setup that my wife allows me to have in the living room. (all the rest of my stuff has to be confined to my "back room")

Been using this setup for a few months now..

The PC is an IBM 3.4Ghz Pentium IV.. got it "refurbished" for about $100.00. Has a real Floppy drive, a DVD-RW, 2 real DB9 COM ports, and a video capture card.. can't beat it for the price..

The Atari and Apple are each connected to their own COM port on the PC for transferring disk images from the internet..

Yes, that's a 320k 130xe in a 1200XL case..

The XF551s are HyperXF drives.
