720 Skateboarding for original game boy

I just got this game at EB games/gamestop. This game rocks! Do any of you have this game? If so, can you give me any tips?

I have this for Game Boy Color someplace. I haven't played it in years...never really got into it.

Say, everywhere I find this game, they say it's for game boy color. But it's cartridge looks life a original game boy cartridge. Is it mislabeled or what???

Dmg Carts are all grey. GBC compatible carts (IE, they play on the gameboy color in actual color) look just like DMG carts, but they are Black in color. Then there's the GBC ONLY carts that only work in the Gameboy color, they are slightly different, have a bubble where the nintendo indention is on the GB carts, and the top is rounded, and lacks the notch for the original Brick power switch.

 

BTW, some of the Color compatible carts, can only save on the DMG, or the Color, but not both. In order to play on the DMG with the game once you save on the GBC, you have to delete your save data. And vice versa.

 

As for 720...It had an original DMG version, and I think it also was redone in color, but don't hold me to that. But the original DMG works on the color anyways...so the people that list it as color, may just be mislisting it.

 

I enjoyed it on the NES, that's the only version I played though, and I sucked at it. I liked the slolom type thing, and the freeroam when you weren't being chased by the stuff that chases you. Cool game, but sorry, no hints I can offer you.
