Atarimania has some Video 61 carts listed (but not dumped), but not others such as Sunmark and AtariMax FlashCart images. It would be useful to list those ports done over the last few years - even though they were never offical - e.g. Koronis Rift/Eidolon/Gauntlet?

Digital Press's online rarity guide is a pretty good resource as well, as is the DP Collector's Guide 7. Nice thing about the guide is the littel tidbits and easter eggs included. Only thing is that repros of unreleased titles (B&C..etc) are omitted because they aren't considered official releases.

I was actually wondering a simular question, but I am mostly just wanting offical released XE carts(US carts) that had the grey casing with the Blue Packaging? Is there a specific list of those?
