I've done business with play-asia without any problem. One product they sent me was a dud and they shipped a replacement real fast without waiting for me to ship it back. It was $15 so probably not worth holding back.

I have, my copy of Ouendan came from Yesasia - they are awesome. They always seem to have free standard shipping, they tend to run $5 less than playasia on alot of stuff, and they shipped a couple of japanese gaming mags for free with my order. I highly recommend them. I actually just placed my first order with Playasia today for a DS game holder as well.
