Okay take a look at this pic in an ebay auction I just found...

Funky side-art and colour right? But it's nicely done...

So aside from it being pink what's so weird?

Well here's why...

My god that is so freakin cool. I remembered some years ago about some oil baron making a cabinet that his kids could play but I always thought it was a myth until now. Any history on the thing? ;)

Neo Geo did a 2 slot similar sized. There were a handful of those in the mid to late 90's out there. Great for kids of course. I have worked on a few. The Neo's were 13 inch monitors. You can bearhug the arcade and carry it aroud, great for parties where games are rented!

Otherwise I know nothing about the origin.

That's tiny. I have played a Leprechaun at an arcade and I remember it being much bigger (like a mini-cabaret, but not knee-high like this one) and it is a dedicated game (actually pretty fun but easy).

I bet the builder made it for his 3 year old daughter! Man, I should make a Mickey Mouse one for my son!

Given that each 2x2 tile on that floor is just 12" square, I doubt it has a 13" monitor. It doesn't nearly fill the width of the cab, nor the length (due to the CP) and since the monitor is placed vertically it should. I'd say 9" like the kind in some darts machines..

Aww, that's so cute. Perfect for a home without much space for a full-sized cab. I'd probably even leave the side-art intact, just for the additional weirdness factor.
