rheffera #1 Posted December 8, 2006 Just got it and in my opinionm its playable. Although they could have done better scrolling. COme on we all know the 2600 can scroll better than that and the game screams to me " RUSHED! I was rushed and born with poor motor skills" But i find it playable. People's opinions? godzillajoe #2 Posted December 8, 2006 I like it. Yeah the scrolling is a bit choppy but it's a fun little title. I played it a bunch when I first got it and quite enjoyed it.
shadow460 #3 Posted December 8, 2006 Great game. Maybe not arcade quality, but great in its own right.
Lord Thag #4 Posted December 8, 2006 I played it enough to beat it once
Atarifever #5 Posted December 8, 2006 (edited) I was thinking of starting a thread on this, as I bought it this past Sunday and have been playing it every night since. This game is way more solid than reviews of it led me to believe. I played it enough to beat it once Yeah, this is one of those games where I'm not watching my score yet; I'm just focused on beating it once first. I'll worry about score once I can finish the stages. Edited December 8, 2006 by Atarifever

As far as I know the 2600 can easily scroll vertically but not so good horizontal and have changing landscape like SC does. Try to think of other 2600 games that scroll and have changing landscape like that. I can't really think of any. I don't think the game was rushed, it was just a very difficult game to pull off. PressureCooker2600 #12 Posted December 10, 2006 isnt there are version for 7800.....ill have to get it if so Start programming. was it the 5200 then....i know there was a port of Super Cobra for another system
NovaXpress #13 Posted December 11, 2006 It was also made for the 5200, Intellivision and Colecovision. Even though Scramble was the predecessor, I always found it to be the better game. SC throws so much extra crap in there that it's too messy and not as fun.
