Hackmann #5 Posted December 14, 2006 Any Wi-Fi adapter with OS X support should work; just use OS X's built-in Internet Sharing feature.
MaDDuck #6 Posted December 22, 2006 Any Wi-Fi adapter with OS X support should work; just use OS X's built-in Internet Sharing feature. Very good point! Would it work on the Wii's connection too? How would one activate the internet sharing on OSX? I've never even concidered doing it? Thanks!!
blastermaster #7 Posted December 25, 2006 so i got the sd movie player for xmas http://tinyurl.com/y6afaq and i also have a mac sadly....i REALLY need help here i have googled quite a bit but cant find a way to convert the divx files to .gba files. I also was wondering how to put emulators on this this, but i think thats as easy as drag a drop right? any help would be amazing, thanks!
AtticGamer #8 Posted December 25, 2006 (edited) To emulate Nes, you need the pocketnes.gba file (use a P2P program to get it like eMule) and to emulate GB/C you need goomba.gba file. Those files should be at the root of the memory card. Then just put the (<200Kb) roms in any folder you like. I haven't found any software for Mac, but ask the product makers themselves: Support. Hackmann #9 Posted December 26, 2006 Would it work on the Wii's connection too? Probably; I've only tried it with my DS Lite. But if you're willing to donate a Wii, I'll be happy to try it out and write up detailed instructions. How would one activate the internet sharing on OSX? I've never even concidered doing it? Look under the Internet tab in the Sharing preferences pane. It's pretty straightforward to configure.
