ApolloBoy
I just bought a boxed 400 for $36 shipped from Collector's Cards and Games. How'd I do? Edited November 18, 2008 by ApolloBoy
mimo
I just bought a boxed 400 for $36 shipped from Collector's Cards and Games. How'd I do? in terms of the UK market, pretty well. The last unboxed 400 on evilbay UK went for £60 ($90USD) You just don't find them in the wild (well I don't) Enjoy your 400, I love mine. Get a 48K upgrade and play 70%+ of the games catalog

ApolloBoy
Well, my new 400 came today, and it's somewhat smaller than I thought it'd be. But it's definitely a keeper; I'm actually having more fun playing games on it than the XEGS.

ApolloBoy
A 600XL for $0.11 (+$10 shipping). Haven't tested it yet but it looks real good (cosmetically). Hm, I've been debating getting a 600XL as of late. If I do, I'll probably do a RAM upgrade and add S-video so that it's on par with an 800XL (but without the extra bulk!). The internal 64K mod is really simple, especially as the 600xl s that I have owned have all been fully socketed PCBs also seem to be of better quality IMO. S-vid upgrade is currently on my list of to do jobs, and should be fairly easy as I have a PAL model, so I have the monitor jack already. I've been on the look out for an expanded 600 for some time. 810 Drive (the old overhead door type) 1050 Drive
Ross PK
THE LONE RAIDER edtied by ATARI photo on my blog http://rhodblog.wordpress.com/ Edited? I've just looked at the picture, is it a cart? I never knew it came out on cart. I have the cassette version with the red inlay, which was what you got free among a few others when you bought an 800XL.

+Guitarman
A 6-pack of AtariWriter80 new sealed in box from B&C - $9.95 New bulk 100 5-1/4 floppy disks from B&C - $25.00 Atari 800, 810, 410 lot from a computer recycler here in town. - $5.00 The 800 & 810 cases are all busted up but the 800 bottom case is intact and looks to have some sort of asset number hot stamped in silver on the bottom. It reads "Atari / 222". May have been used at Atari at some time. All the hardware works, despite its condition. My brother works at the recycler in town so he sees all the donated hardware. There is a lot more Atari hardware there that I'm working on getting including a full 1040 setup with a SupraDrive and 2 monitors.

The one I got had a bad hinge and I suspect many have minor defects. Actually, this prob. applies to any NIB Atari stuff you get off eBay.
