Arcade machine fix up.

I am thinking about buying another arcade machine that is not working right but can be fixed but the monitor has a big brown burn stain of the lower half of the screen but for some reason it works but looks ugly and the stain is not somthing you can clean off, its in the screen, so my question is has anyone here ever changed a monitor and how hard was it?

I have recently replaced the monitor in my Ms. Pac cab (with the help of Brien King). It was an adventure, but not too difficult. I would say it took about 2 hours to get it replaced (along with the parts we had to replace).
