FS: Original boxed Playstation modded for Japanese imports

Well,

 

I have a very complete Playstation I am going to sell. It has all of the original paperwork, bags, cables, etc all in 9 out of 10 condition or better. Box is a 9 out of 10, showing almost no shelf wear. Unit is clean and is the one that still has the parallel port access panel on the back of it. The game system came with Battle Arena Toshinden and has a sticker on the front announcing it was pack in. I traded it off the day I bought the system so its up to you to find it if you care about that part.

 

The unit was modified by a company called Starland, now estarland.com. I will include the original receipt for the mod in 1997 if you have questions about the mod in the future. Works perfectly for US, Japanese AND burned copies of games, not that I condone that sort of thing but I have tried copying a game I own and see if it plays.

 

I am including a boxed NeGcon as well. It is in flawless condition and has original receipt as well. I am including a 3 disc version of the Japanese game "D" (great game, can be played pretty well without knowing the Japanese stuff).

 

I can't justify selling it for less than $100, so thats what I want for the lot. I will include a box for a regular non analog controler and I will include a dual shock PS1 controller as well for the analog games you might want to play.

 

Bottom line, as good a PS1 package as you will EVER find. Mod was 90 bucks, system was 199 and the game/controller were another 60. I will include free domestic shipping with the system.

Nah, thanks but I need the money and the space. Money goes into the car for next season. Maybe flip those on ebay before the holiday? I'm not in a rush to sell if you needed some time to do that...

Thought I had a buyer for this but he fell through...more like he fell silent

 

Here are the pics of the system. Plays great. I understand this is not for everyone as its more than some folks will pay for a 'playing' system. I consider this more of a collector system as its adult owned since new, documented and has the box/packing materials, etc in excellent shape.
