This is a kid-friendly version of Pitfall created for Lily, The youngest Atari Fan that I know. This Special Edition Cartridge was Released 12-20-2006 and only 10 copies were made. The cartridge comes with a numbered certificate(Inside Intruction Manual) and this is number 10.

The Sneakers have taken your toys and scattered them thruout the woods. You must make your way past the sneakers and their gang to rescue all of your toys.

Here are the changes made from the original Pitfall:

Full Graphic changes

Reduced number of Sneakers(Logs) that appear

Reduced number of Holes that appear

Non-Lethal enemies just take away points

Chomps(Gators) are harmless.

Chomps(Gators) no longer knock you into the Pit when they open their mouth

Pits are now harmless. You just fall into the underground

Removed walls in the underground

Pit warning indicator. Allows you to see when a pit is opening/closing

any possibility of more of these being made??????

Just the initial 10 that were made. I am already working on my next release.

Do you have any of the initial release available or have you released this so that it can be played on the Cuttle Cart? I think that my 4 year old daughter would like to play this.

I'd buy other kid friendly versions of games for my kids to check out. Pitfall is way too challenging for a 4 yo. Well, my 4 yo.
