Loading DOA3 costumes onto 360?

Dead Or Alive 3 (original Xbox) had some extra costumes released only on an OXM and Exhibition demo disc, none of which are on the Backwards Compatible whitelist for the Xbox 360. Anyone have any ideas on how I could load this content onto the 360 to use it with DOA3 (which is backwards compatible)?

I want to know this too. I hunted for any info on this a while back, but couldn't find anything.

Just read that one of the unlockables in Dead Or Alive Ultimate (playable on the 360 as of the last update) is the Booster Pack content for DOA3. I'm not sure how the emulated save system of the 360 will handle it, but if I have a DOA3 save on the drive here's hoping that DOAU can write into it. Now I've just got to play through the game again and unlock that content!

Just an update: it's looking like this is going to work.

 

In order to get the Booster Pack costumes for DOA3 from DOA2U, one has to actually play quite a bit. To get the Booster Pack, and coincidentally unlock all the costumes for DOA2U in the process, you have to complete Collection mode. Collection mode is based on the items you pick up in Survival mode.

 

You have to collect a few general items, and then 3 unique items with each character. Then you have to survive at least 50 rounds in Survival and pick up a medal from your 50th opponent. THEN you have to play with each character again and pick up a post-medal rare item.

 

You obviously have to have every DOA2U character unlocked in order to play through Survival mode with them. That means finishing every character's story mode on Easy or higher difficulty to unlock Tengu, finishing Leon's story on Normal or higher to unlock Bayman, and finishing Ein/Hayate's story on Normal or higher to unlock Hitomi.

 

That last bit is encouraging to 360 owners, as unlocking Hitomi ALSO requires the presence of a DOA3 or DOAXBV save on the system. I got around to unlocking Hitomi last night, meaning DOA2U is able to see the save from DOA3 from inside its emulated environment. Once I find the time to rack up a streak of 50 wins in Survival, it should be easy to unlock the DOA3 costumes.

 

I'll update late to confirm that it works on the 360 once I've done it (this weekend sometime, probably) in case anyone is actually interested.
