Loccy #1 Posted December 29, 2006 Just picked up a copy of this, mainly because I've never heard of it (hey, I'm new to this collecting lark). It's labelled up for PAL TVs but when I put it in my UK Woody the colours are psychadelic to say the least. Looking at the screenshots of the NTSC version, it's totally different. The "water" alternates between blue and purple and all the other colours are off. Did Coleco never convert this title properly, or do I have a duff cartridge? The game plays fine apart from the LSD-esque colouring.
rheffera #2 Posted December 29, 2006 I posted a similar problem here before, it was a dodgy NTSC to PAL conversion by coleco, although my problem is it comes up and black and white and maily blue/grey on a multistandard tv
Thomas Jentzsch #3 Posted December 29, 2006 The PAL "conversion" is a piece of crap. Often the scanlines are not even, causing PAL TVs to loose color. And then the scanlines vary a lot between 311 and 333. Lousy!
