  1. Power Pigs had a really long development cycle. I remember playing an early alpha build years before the final game was released. There was a lot of potential with Power Pigs but it ended up being poorly designed from a level design point of view.
  2. Shien the Blade Chaser is a fantastic game and one I'm proud to own. Even over here in Japan it's quite obscure. Graphically it's really nice but I also think the audio is above average as well. Some great tunes in there.
  3. It's got loads of sampled speech and scratch sounds in the music too. I always thought that was pretty cool in the early 90s 👍 when I first played it on my Super Pro Fighter or did I have a Wild Card DX at that point?
  4. A new handheld that is touted to be a replacement for PSP emulation?
  5. A little known Sega 4 player racer on this week's Battle of the Ports.
  6. New rufty toughfty tablet on the block with Night Vision.
  7. Some nice MS mods there. I have a Japanese MS myself which uses a different sized cartridge slot. I had to custom make an Everdrive adapter to use Everdrive on it as there was no Japanese varient at the time and maybe still is not.
  8. Wow, that is a lot of extra levels. The original only had 5?
  9. There a few games that should have been on the Master System but never appeared because they were on the SG1000 😢
  10. We're down in the Jungle on this week's Battle of the Ports with Congo Bongo.
  11. Thank you very much and thanks for watching the show.
  12. WOW! I can't believe we've made it to 500 episodes. Thank you to all for the support! Battle of the Ports - Tomb Raider (トゥームレイダース) Show 500 - 60fps
  13. I use a Hitachi Hi-Saturn which the laser is starting to fail in now after 30 odd years of use. But the Saitator still allows me to use the system without worry. I just bought Legend of Oasis (is that the English name?) for it. Ripped the disc to an ISO and Cue file, plonked it on to my SATURN SD Card and off I go playing on original hardware👍
