bBasically Celery

Success! After a second try, I finally got batari BASIC up and compiling on my computer. I saw the episode 1 of the Mr. Celery show cartridge I had made, and thought "I finished it, why not have episode 2 made into a cart as well?" So while I'm thinking, I thought about the platform game I was making for the 2600 on my old computer about the celery, when I thought "I'll try again to finish it." Well, what I did was for the first time since St. Patrick's Day, worked on that game. I have three banks free, but only 179 bytes left in the 8th bank, where the graphics are kept for each 32k game. I played it for a while, playtesting it. I made a level selector (that won't be in the final game) so I can test whatever level I want. I only have 6 levels made, and I was apparently working on level 6 when the computer died. Luckily I had it on my website, so I could easily get it in case something like that happened. And it did. What I need to do list:
- Make layout for level 6 (right now it's using the level 1 layout.)
- Think of ideas for level 7.
After level 7 I'll see how much room I have. I would like to make a castle level with a final boss being a giant pig. With the lava monster in level 4 being a sort of mini-boss. And this morning I also worked on the Intellivision Celery game. Whatever Mom made for her dinner sure made my eyes water and my nose hurt from the evil smell. I saw her earlier and she had a cut up piece of celery on her cutting board. Perhaps what she made bothered me so much was because it had celery in it!
