Oh God. Hard to believe that she's just started nursery. She looked cute as hell in her uniform.But when we got there she started getting clingy, as we knew she would. In the end we had to ask the teacher to grab her. She started screaming the place down and reaching out for me. We hung around outside for a minute or so and all we could hear was "daddy! daddy!" It was almost as if we'd had to hand her over to social services.Maurita warned me what it was like since she'd been through exactly the same with Lauren. It's only for an hour today but I feel shit ...She'll get used to it since she's friends with one of the girls there. That girl's been there for several months already. Aaliyah's only there for a year since she turns 4 in August, just before the new school year starts.Anyway, forms arrived today to apply for the Welsh medium school. Although I speak the lingo, Aaliyah doesn't at the moment. I've noticed that a lot of parents in the area prefer the Welsh schools for their kids despite the fact that they themselves don't speak it.
