Did you update the system to 6.20 in video?

Nope it was on 6.20 when I turned it on. I have no way to update it unless there's a game I buy with firmware higher than that since it won't connect to my router at this point.

That sucks. What do you have to do - unplug it, pop the battery out, then reverse and switch back on?
