I've had that mod since the early 90s, downloaded from an Amiga BBS. I used to have a mix-cassette with nothing but Amiga mods that I'd listen to in the car

 

Deathjester(Joey Jamie) is from the Houston area, though this mod collection site lists him as being from the UK for some reason.

 

When I ran OS/2 I transferred all my MODs to the PC via floppy (I had some software that let the Amiga write standard PC floppies) and played them using DSMI.

 

I think I used CocoModX to output my Amiga MODs as WAV files, then convert them to MP4 files using iTunes.
