Ramses
Double Dunk: -35 I keep wanting to give up on this, but I can't help myself . The computer constantly steals the ball from me and I can't seem to do the same in return. Looks like I'm going to have to focus on Fishing Derby. karokoenig
All week, I have searched in vain for my "My Golf" cart. I know I have it, because I did find the box... So to get on the board, I have to use emulation for the moment. What a fine game this is! I am a sucker for Golf games ever since I found "Leaderboard 2" on one of the disks full of illegal copies for my C64. This game is impressive for the 2600, I have played much worse golf games on many 8- and 16-bit systems. I hope I find some time to get a better score than this: My Golf: 58 (+22). My Golf: 52 (+16). S.BAZ
Fishing Derby: 41 I found it helpful to pull fish up on the right side of the shark sometimes. and to snag the computer's 6-pounders when possible

karokoenig
Double Dunk: 16-80 (-64). Play this game ever again? Not gonna happen. A prime example of a game too ambitious for the hardware it's running on, in my opinion. To me, most basketball games I played on 8- and 16-bit systems have been trainwrecks. This is no exception. Also, don't ask me how I got those 16 points. I have no clue. And I did read the manual.
S.BAZ
Double Dunk: -31 (21-52) I think I'm starting to get better at this, but keep getting frustrated. At least half of the times I try to shoot, I get fouled & it says "Clear The Ball." This has been annoying but now reading the manual again I see you have to run out to the 3-pt line before shooting after a rebound. I loved Double Dribble on the NES, but I'm not sure I would have given Double Dunk a chance. It seems pretty impressive for the VCS but the controls with one button seem really complicated. Then again, when you only have 20 or so games they tend to all get a chance. Not that I would have been playing much Atari in 1989. By that time I would rarely pick up & play Joust, Pac-Man, Missile Command or I Want My Mommy but that was about the extent of it. Mostly Joust.
