Andromeda Stardust
well the eeprom is not saved to file on exit. thus it will be emptz at startup. (Good point it should be initilized with $FF not 0) Wouldn't a fill with $FFFF result in some ridiculous high score like 255 or 65535, assuming the score is stored in binary? sage
does not compute. i think the factory setting is $FFFF, thus it makes more sence to init witht that than with 0000

Level42
Since we have some programmers here (maybe I should start a separate thread about it though): I have a request: can someone program something like a stopwatch on the Lynx ? Let me open a new thread about it before I derail this thread.... Guitari
There is a few extra carts made. As flash carts and SD carts are still not available to all Lynxers you have a chance for a limited time to get one of the most annoying test release game ever made for your belowed Lynx. The link below goes to my paypal karri at sipo fi address. The price 13 includes posting. flappytest.png Hi Karri I can't get the link working. Please could you post a direct link or your PayPal address? Many thanks

Turbo Laser Lynx
Wow! That cart looks so great and the yellow colour for that game is especially fun! I don't know how I missed this but I would've bought one in a heartbeat. Nice stuff anyways!

I don't know how I missed this but I would've bought one in a heartbeat. Nice stuff anyways! Especially as I owe you 10 carts. I will send one of your carts as yellow and compile it with the 93C86 eeprom you wanted It may take a week or two. I am waiting for my hot end update to the 3D printer. The current hot end has become faulty. Half of the prints go to the trash.

No hurry with anything, right now I got sucked back into drawing, will switch back to Lynx mode soon. +LS650
I received order 34 for Flappy Bird today, but unfortunately it appears to be faulty. I have tried it in two different Lynx IIs, both with an AC adapter. Sometimes the "Insert Game" message appears, sometimes the screen just stays black.I haven't been able to get this cart to start at all.I have tried some other carts, and my two Lynx seem completely fine. Has anyone else had problems?
+karri
Too bad. I hope that this is a single incident. In any case I will send you a repacement. Edit: this should answer Guitari's question also. There will be a new run. Edited January 19, 2017 by karri

+karri
No problem. I am at the start of the learning curve when it comes to Lynx cart production. If any of you get problems with the carts now or later drop me a line. Without feedback things don't get better.
tonma
I only test with a lynx I. It's working fine. My highscore is 27.
