Lauren Tyler
Getting better here... By the way, I'm guessing we're supposed to choose a starting score of 0? I didn't see it in the rules, but I presumed that's how we were playing. EDIT: Forgot to put my score: 44,832. AtariWarlord
Well, good to see you're all doing really well. I have no idea how; this game is really, really hard. I find I can't even see my own cannon when it's on that accursed blue on grey stage. Then again, I'm using emu (don't have the software) -- I'm sure I could do much better if I could use a trakball or even a joystick.
AtariWarlord
OK -- getting better. I find fatigue can set in really early in this game. Just got to keep trying. Edited February 1, 2017 by AtariWarlord

Harrison
OK -- getting better. I find fatigue can set in really early in this game. Just got to keep trying. It seems to take me forever to get into the zone, and after I get a little further I just lose it entirely. Once I've passed my previous score, I'm dead until the next day. Scrabbler15
So I'm just curious... Has anyone else left their machine on overnight, so they wouldn't lose their continues? .

CapitanClassic
Just working on getting further past the 300,000 continue point. Not doing so great. I think last year i hit 500k.
Vocelli
@ scrabble. Yes. I left mine on when I know I will play the next morning. Power strip in place. A bit concerned knowing that my nearly 40 year old machine is at risk. But all went well and didn't have to play up to 300k again.... Machine is off now and will have to play up to 300k tomorrow night for the weekend.

classicgamer_27330
I was playing and got over 300,000. but when I took my screenshot my finger slipped and instead of pressing f12 for the screenshot I hid f11 to load save. I didn't get a screenshot

Ramses
I wasn't going to get involved with this years HSC, however I couldn't pass up the BEST game on the 2600! 222,327 I can probably roll this if I can find enough time to do it.
Lauren Tyler
Why is the continue feature not working? I try to continue after a game, but it just keeps letting me choose 00, 15,000, or 30,000 points. Never mind, figured it out.
