thomasholzer
not quite unique, but a boxed version is fairly rare

Pipster
Perhaps not as rare as some other stuff people have but my best finds, the lab loaners were from a car boot sale a few years back for a couple of pounds each and the other two came with a boxed PAL heavy sixer off ebay, complete with the first issue joysticks and all paperwork. PAL numbered video olympics Numbered PAL box for Indy 500 Lab loaner PAL Submarine Commander Lab Loaner PAL Yar's Revenge
+Random Terrain
That's pretty funny. The person who loaned Yars' Revenge typed Yar's instead of Yars'.

Omegamatrix
Marco these are my pride and joy, and the center piece of my collection (yes even above all my Zellers crap). They are NTSC (I dumped one of them today, exactly like a PB frogger). Their origin is a mystery. Eckhard Stolberg has the exact same cart in PAL format and posted a picture of it on his site. He says it is rare even in PAL format, but in NTSC there are only three accounted for publicly. To me you don't have a complete NTSC Parker Brothers set until you have this variation as it is a significant variation. It's the rarest Parker Brothers of them all and makes Qubes look like a Combat in comparision.
djmips
I used to have the IXION prototype but I donated it. But I still have an original SEGA 8K PCB which is unpopulated. I also have another prototype from the era but it is more of a design sketch than a game.

Mayhem
I'd put a pic here of the prototype NTSC Asterix I have, if I could remember where I'd actually put it
YOK-dfa
How about this weird X-Man i once found? Seems to be either a proto or some pre-production / engineering sample Complete boxed PAL Custer's Revenge (cart and box are slightly different from NTSC version). Don't know of anyone else who also owns this.
+Nathan Strum
Probably not quite so unique, but I've also got this, which I bought back-in-the-day. (I still wish I'd bought Crazy Climber from them...) I don't know if Quadrun is exactly "fun times four". But it's at least fun times one or maybe one-and-a-half. I also got this, from Atari Age magazine. I never tried to get any of the other patches though. Unless you count this one.
jay2068
I'm not the only one but my cornerstone of my collection: And of course a CIB Quadrun. Not much else to brag about
