That would be really useful, as I learn through examples (and modifying them to get my needs.) As it turns out, I had been a Videopac.nl member since 2008, and I had made 4 posts about the same game back in '08 in the help section.

Well, seems I canīt upload .a48 files here :sad:

OK, what is really bugging me about assembly is there is no way to do if-then things. How would I do this in assembly:

if a>#01ch then cpl a else add a,#1

I'm getting to the point now where I'm working on a border since I was playing around with the code in videopac.nl and stumbled through trial and error figured out how to make a border around the playfield.

Anyone know what registers $A4 and $A5 do on the i8244/VDC? I was poking though cartridge code and found them being checked after a write to A0 (VDC Control).

Hello, I'm back again. Here's what I've got so far. I am wondering how the random number generator works, I'd need two values, for the different x and y values for the ant on the screen (I'm trying to make Ants! on the Odyssey^2 in case you're wondering.)
