Kurisu
Rampage (Lynx): 20 minutes nice! This might be the first ever Lynx entry. Well, since this is in the 2600 section, it would be a little odd for someone to post other system playtimes: I think it would naturally be avoided. I don't think anything wrong in doing so though. BTW, for me, major plays have been: Beany Bopper: 15 Mins Pac-Man - 20 Mins Donkey Kong - 10 Mins Otherwise, no major plays to report over last week. Kurt_Woloch
OK, here are my times for this week... The classic games (relevant for the Top 10): Tapper (Colecovision) 249 minutes Tapper (C-64) 47 minutes Tapper (Arcade) 30 minutes Tapper (2600) 27 minutes Track & Field (Arcade) 8 minutes Hyper Sports (Arcade) 6 minutes The non-classic games (irrelevant for the Top 10): ORF Ski Challenge (PC) 20 minutes As you can see, I tried several different versions of "Tapper" (which actually initially has been brought up as an idea for a port to the TI-99 some weeks ago in the TI-99 programming forum). Today I added the C-64 one which I already played back in the 80's on my C-64, and which, compared to the other versions, has got a pretty high framerate going. I also played Track & Field and Hyper Sports, but only for the sake of recording the high score theme which is an adaptation of "Chariots of fire" by Vangelis. Therefore, only two games of Track & Field and one game of Hyper Sports.

KevinMos3
Tomb Raider (Montezuma's Revenge Hack) - I've spent hours playing this game over the past week. Some of it was because I was testing the changes I was making, but mostly because I just love the game now that I have a decent looking Lara instead of a fat Panama Joe. Circus Galacticus (Homebrew WIP) - Played quite a bit for testing purposes. KO Cruiser (Homebrew) - Played for hours over the past couple of weeks. Beat it on all levels several times. Love it. Juno First (Homebrew) - Played quite a bit of this one over the past week or so. Dungeon (Homebrew) - Played this one all night last week. 2600tris (Homebrew WIP) - Played for hours off and on over the past week or so. Donkey Kong - about an hour this weekend. Defender - about 45 minutes this past week. Defender Arcade (Hack by PacManPlus) - about 30 minutes this past week. Pac-Man 4k (Homebrew) - Played quite a bit of this off and on. Adventure - Played through on the different difficulty settings last week. * And a lot of others that I can't think of right now. AtariLeaf
Been playing a lot of Tandy coco games lately - Rampage, Arkanoid, Clowns and Balloons, Doubleback, and Rad Warrior. Awesome games Oh crap you want times? Probably about an hour or so between them all. I can't believe how much time some people put in. Good lord Edited December 20, 2009 by AtariLeaf

Kurt_Woloch
Here are the games I played this week. This week on the menu: a lot of TI-99 games... The classic games (relevant for the Top 10): Shanghai (Funware) (TI-99) 154 minutes (in 3 sessions) Burger Time (TI-99) 36 minutes Shamus (TI-99) 15 minutes Ant colony (TI-99) 15 minutes Tombstone city (TI-99) 14 minutes Centipede (TI-99) 10 minutes Lobster bay (TI-99) 10 minutes Demon Attack (TI-99) 8 minutes Cave creatures (TI-99) 5 minutes Hopper (TI-99) 4 minutes Donkey Kong (TI-99) 3 minutes The non-classic games (irrelevant for the Top 10): Captain forever (Online game) 15 minutes ORF Ski Challenge (PC) 9 minutes Note: Shanghai (Funware) is not the board game, but rather it's a kind of trading simulation where you drive a boat on a vertically scrolling river, and you have to buy and sell various goods to and from locations on the shore as well as defend pirate ships and dodge other ships. I called it Shanghai (Funware) because I'm not sure if there is a TI-99 port of the board game called Shanghai as well.

+cvga
Finally, An update to the Top Ten. I apologize for the lateness of this update. Week 50 Top Ten (Season 2): 51 games covering 1,842 minutes 1. Tapper (Colecovision) 249 minutes 2. Kaboom! (Atari 2600) 169 3. Dungeon (Atari 2600) 120 3. 2600tris (Atari 2600) 120 3. Tapper (Commodore 64) 47 I wasn't sure what to do with the Gameboy Color game so I included it (mainly b/c I think the GB is an 8-bit machine). Also, remember to try and tell me how many minutes you played. Hours and hours equated to 120 minutes. No time given usually equates to 5 minutes. Even if you're not sure, your best guess is better than mine. Week 51 Top Ten (Season 2) 78 games covering 1,604 minutes 1. Kaboom! (Atari 2600) 403 minutes 2. Shanghai (TI-99) 154 3.
