Ragooman
Hello, I'm looking for a working Atari 800 computer, and possibly with the 810 floppy drive. The one I have is only good for spare parts. I like to get one for my next exhibit at VCF east. Eventually I like to get 3 machines which I plan to interface together using my 850 interface unit. This design will have three 19" monitors running a game that will sync all 3 machines together. Any help is appreciated. I'm also looking for the Datasoft Atari Basic Compiler for this too--I have the manual already. thanks =Dan http://www2.applegate.org/~ragooman/
mimo
what is the problem with your current 800?
Ragooman
I don't have it here with me at the moment as some of my stuff is still boxed up at my family house. The last state of it's condition when I checked was corrosion, so I didn't have the urge to begin fixing this. I've been finding some hardware in the meantime to help get me started again. I have an 810 drive and the 850 interface module so far. I like to pickup another 810 drive later on once I get some 800 machines. =Dan http://www2.applegate.org/~ragooman/
mimo
Well you can get a fully populated motherboard from Best for $15, and I think the power board is a similar cost. Maybe cheaper than a new 800 (well it is in the UK at any rate) and it would be another one saved http://www.best-electronics-ca.com/800.htm
