You are a professional Formula 1 race car driver and the time of competition is upon you. You don your protective suit and helmet and squeeze into the cockpit of your powerful machine. Pressing upon the accelerator you feel the rush of adrenalin. The first step is to qualify for the line-up position you hope to occupy for the big race. After achieving that you anxiously await the green light ,along with your fellow racers. With screeching tires the g-forces push you back into you seat. Raging at full throttle you attempt to overcome you opponents. Shifting into high gear you hug the curves and grit your teeth as you avoid any obstacles and other cars. Will you be greeted by the waving checkered flag or will you crash and burn? Emulators are fine as is whatever controller you feel the most comfortable with. Screenshots are great but not mandatory. If I don't get #1, I just reset the game because, I'm not going to beat my score. I also reset the game if I crash. I've got Pole Position twice now, but crashed 3 times on one race and had to stop on the other to help clean up a mess. Got to 64k on my last race, should have another chance tomorrow. (58:14) Still a good score considering you crashed! Doesn't make it any less frustrating though... I believe my best qualifying lap was 56:37. I regularly finish with 61 units remaining... You lose time when there's cars blocking the road. But if somebody is better at squeezing between them they'll be faster vs going in the grass (which is what I have to do half the time). I'd have to agree. It seems some games there's a plethora of cars that are side by side blocking you path while other times they're stacked just right to zigzag between them.
