Do they, the RF cables, have the wires needed to cut the end off and make it into an AV cable? I would make my own, but that DIN connector is seemingly impossible to find. How much for an RF cable anyway? I have no idea what their internal wiring is, but they are the official Sega cables. I've had them for a while, so I'm offering them at $5 shipped (for the US).
