I told anyone who pm'ed me that I was looking for offers because I am not sure about the value of so much of this material. I don't want to get short changed on what it's worth and an auction seems like the easiest method for me to get fair market value (negotiating back and forth with several people by pm over individual games would be tedious). No need to get upset. If there is something you want, then I hope you bid on it. You may be able to get it for less than what you'd have paid otherwise. If not, then no big deal; I'll sell items if bids come in and keep them if they don't.
