Cebus Capucinis
So after discovering the wonderful, wonderful world of Atari computers, I set out on a mission to collect one of at least every series of major player on the market in vintage computing. So far I have gotten (all units CIB because I'm picky like that): Atari 400 Atari 800 Atari 1200XL & 600XL & 800XL Atari 65XE & 130XE Commodore 64 IBM PCjr Apple //e & Apple //c Atari 520ST Atari 1040STfm Not too shabby but there's one big piece missing in that puzzle.... CIB MIGGY 500!!! :lust: Oh yeah, the Amiga line can now be represented in my collection! I got this at an incredibly, incredibly reasonable price from the-topdog. I absolutely love it! The Miggy has eluded me since I joined; I've always been looking for one (never had one before now) but have never managed to snag one CIB. I passed up on save2600's beautiful setup and had been crying since, but today VICTORY! I even got an HxC emulator for my ST that will work with this so MIGGY GOODNESS! ....but wait! There's more! CIB Commodore 128D!!!! Beautiful....so beautiful....sniff sniff Woohoo! We are in the middle of packing so I can't play with them until next Tuesday, thoough. I need a monitor for the C128D & Miggy both -- anyone have any suggestions? So now my mission becomes much, much more complicated -- all the obscure, cool stuff like Osborne I, Kaypro II, etc. It should be a fun battle! I've loved every minute of collecting these babies and playing with them! My main goals now are to nail down some of the non-US stuff like Amstrad CPC, Dragon, Speccy, MSX, etc. but that will have to wait until moving. OH YEAH!!!!
