jaybird3rd
I know one thing ... contrary to what this guy thinks, it's not worth $425.00: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 220605957182
Rev
Maybe 175 to 250 range?
+cmart604
I think $250 - $300. Or at least that's what I'd be willing to pay.
Rik
What method of sealing was used by the factory?Probably the usual glue, never had the joy of buying a new sealed INTV 2.This is a cool package. Edited June 5, 2010 by Rik
BassGuitari
Maybe 175 to 250 range? I agree. I'd go $200, maybe $225 max. Whether it's really worth more than that, I really don't know; to ME, it's worth $200-225. Is it my imagination, or has there been an upsurge of Intellivision II popularity lately? Well,i'm pretty sure that the Intv II i more rare than the original, maybe that is part of it. And also with a resurgance of popularity due to intv being on xbox live,30 year intellivision anniversary, intellivision facebook page, AA intv board ,a new DS release coming, talk of new homebrews, intv on iphone/ipad...etc...etc
hhwolfman
I would say $150 to $200. I also beg to differ,The Intelly one sealed is 3 times harder to find than a Intelly 2 Sealed. I believe, There was a warehouse find on Intelly 2s a few years ago. HHW

Now, suddenly, I'm seeing a lot of "if you get an Intellivision, get an Intellivision II because they're more reliable and they take up less space." I'm not complaining, I just think it's interesting. The II is my favorite Intellivision; I'll trade the ability to play Donkey Kong for use of the Computer Adapter and System Changer any day of the week...why wouldn't you want that, you know? Incidentally, when I first got into collecting, the Intellivision II was the first Intellivision I ever saw or learned of...to this day, when I hear the word "Intellivision," the II is the first thing that comes to mind. Now I'll shut up before I derail this thread any further.
Rik
Whether or not its worth $ 400.00 +, this is Ebay after all, of course the price is inflated.
the-topdog
I'd say the ceiling would be about $200... but there are always people who "need" a system that will go all mental and pay more.
Rik
I wouldn't pay anything over $40.00 for any classic console.Used is good enough. Most used consoles are pretty much like new anyway.I understand the excitement of having something that was never used, but I've had to compromise because money is pretty tight for me.Some dude with lotsa cash will buy it, more power to em! Atari2600Lives
Good info guys. I purchased my Intelleviion II in 1985 from a store going out of business, I think I paid $19.00 for the unit (new sealed) $9 for the intellivoice and between $3-$5 for a huge library of new games (maybe 20 or so) , I was out the door for under $100 and played the heck out of it that summer. B-17, Dungeons and Dragons , Truckin , Football, Astrosmash, Star Strike man that was a great memory. I gave away the unit to someone and can't even remeber why or when :-(
