Peter Krogtoft
Hi there. Im about to do a 3d model of the Atari 2600 Woody. Unfortunatly I have never seen one. That why I would be very pleased if anyone have some sort of a blueprint or top/bottom, left/right & front/back photos of the machine. Thanks Peter
HollowPoint123
Are you doing a light or heavy sixer or 4 switch unit? I assume all you want are the measurements.
ClassicGMR
Blueprint for the Atari 2600: C'mon... I can't be the only one that thought this. OK back to your regularly scheduled serious question.
Pioneer4x4
C'mon... I can't be the only one that thought this. I did, but didn't act on the impulse.
Peter Krogtoft
Haha, nice on with the game :-) Measurement will be ok aswell, just for any 2600 really. Thanks
HollowPoint123
I was wondering if a cardboard model could be made of a VCS (life size of course). Take the measurements, draw the major parts seperately out on paper photo copy - make the model with the copy to check fit etc. re-draw the design on the computer. Then scan/photgraph the individual textures and apply them the to the computer design and print out on card and assemble. Finish off with a black felt tip where the white edges of the card shows. If kept simple (like not actually have a hole for the cart slot just use the pic of it) it sould be quite straight forward.
