It wouldn't shock me given the rareness of it, although there's probably only a few collectors who would be interested in it who could afford it... I've seen hundreds of prototypes for various Atari systems in my day, but only a handful of Intellivision protos and even then only 4 or 5 T-Carts before. They're ultra rare.
