StephenJ
Is there any advantage of model I over model II when using the Cuttle Cart 3? I read about a sound issue with Shark Shark and incompatibility of a couple 3rd party games with model II. Do these games have the same issue when played through the CC3? Are there any issues with the CC3 that potential buyers should be aware of? Thanks, StephenJ
jaybird3rd
I've used my CC3 with both models and have had no problems. The sound issues you mention are due to changes that were made in the Intellivision II (I don't recall the details); the CC3 won't "fix" them, so those games will still have the same problems. +thegoldenband
I don't know of any "fixed" version of the Shark! Shark! ROM, but I think there was a fixed version of Super Pro Football (which has the disappearing quarterback on the Inty II). And I'm 99% sure that there are fixed ROMs for the Coleco games that don't work at all on the Inty II -- that is, besides the fixed versions released by Coleco of some or all of those games.
