When I went to pick it up he discovered I was running in these circles and had asked if I could help him find someone who could write a small program featuring something like the deer in the photo. All he wants is for it to be running across the screen, one direction and have the ability to jump over obstacles at the press of the Atari button. I don't thing it has to be a "game" but more some sort of project for a larger Art project he is working on. If someone wants to talk with him let me know and I will get him in touch. I think the sprite is what is important. It's pretty close to your picture.
