Marius
For the AtariMax 1Mbit flashcards there is a conversion of the Mac/65 1.01 cartridge. It's incredible how compatible that is. I would like to have Mac/65 this way on my Sic cart too. Anyone? Another related question: how to switch of the cart by software, and how to switch it back on (also software). Thanks M. HiassofT
Hi Marius! Another related question: how to switch of the cart by software, and how to switch it back on (also software). The specs are available here: http://sic.pigwa.net...acja_pl_eng.zip Basically the Sic! cart is a 16k cart with the possibility to switch the 8k blocks at $8000 and $A000 on/off separately. So, for a "pure 8k cart" (something that only uses $A000-$BFFF) you have to "waste" half of the space - since the 8k block at $8000-$9FFF will never be used. OTOH: you can also configure the Sic! Cart to be a "true right cart", one that only uses $8000-$9FFF, if you want :-) BTW: I don't have a Sic! Cart, just looked at the specs. so long, Hias
