You can order on his webiste: http://www.zaxon.eu/usatan.html But since he is currently very busy with the SIDE orders, it can take a while before he has time to make them. I ordered and paid for one on the 14th of January through Google Checkout which was processed & claimed almost immediately by Zaxon. I know there is a waiting period but emails to him through the Google account & this site haven't been answered. Google sent me a request to rate my buying experience on the transaction several weeks ago which I've held back on posting until now. I can live with losing 94 quid but I'll make sure lots of people know about it if I do. Clicking on the Google Checkout button on his site says: Oops! Unfortunately, this merchant no longer accepts payments through Google. We apologize for the inconvenience. Any suggestions from anyone? I believe I've been fair & am prepared to wait a while longer if my order to ship is imminent, but if Zaxon won't reply my patience will be over this Saturday Australian time. Also, if you read the forums at Atari-forum.com there was someone there who did receive one. They ordered after I did. If you search here at atariage in the 8 bit section, in the SIDE Pre-order thread, someone ordered an ultra Satan and received it in less than two weeks just last month... I hope he comes through with these orders reasonably soon. I don't really see any excuse for shipping units to more recent orders and letting older ones linger..... I was prepared for a 4-6 week delay but didn't expect not to receive any notifications or updates about my order. You feel like a bigger & bigger fool the longer it goes without hearing anything. Zaxon if you read this let us know what the ****'s going on please! If you don't want to honor the order just refund my money. Thanks for your replies, I feel much better knowing others are in the same boat & that the odds are good we'll eventually make landfall. I've had my ST's packed away in their boxes for about 10 years & I've been itching to get one out & hook up too this brilliant little device. Like you I'll report back here on my progress & this thread might help to alleviate the anxiety of future Ultrasatan buyers. After reflecting on my last comment for a moment I thought: As the Ultrasatan is such an important device every Atari owner wants, maybe a pinned post that details what the procedure for getting one is, and some of the scenarios that can unfold before receiving it. I really hope Zaxon come through with this in the end. Nothing to do with our UltraSatan orders, I got an original SatanDisk in a deal with a 1040STe. It's not very fast and it took a while to get everything just right, but now that I have it working it is not a bad device. Its not an UltraSatan for sure but it does work. I once waited (literally!) almost 2-3 *years* for the EtherNAT from Nature. Honestly, I had filed it away subconsciously as a loss when it finally showed up. It wasn't cheap either. Now I've got the SuperVidel ordered from the same group, but they are promising that the problems that caused delays are all worked out. Here's hoping anyway. I wouldn't have minded the wait if it was stated up front. However, I pre-paid to help finance the build, and many other people who ordered after me (including some ebay auctions) have received theirs. I paid first, I should have received first. Also, several promises to ship have been made, and no tracking # provided, because it obvioously has not shipped. As if this isn't enough, new products have been announced and worked on, while my order still remains unfulfilled.
