BioForceApe
The launch of the Season 3 HSC is to be announced at March 23 as a sneak peek of what is going to be Game 1. With the Season 3 launch starting on March 24 on 12:00 pm because March 24 is the first day of our school trackout for track 2-4 which is a lucky date for me because I have nothing to complete and finish. DaytonaUSA
I'm considering joining this. Sounds like it might be fun. But are the games really announced with such little notice? Sounds like you might not get a lot of time to find a copy of the chosen game if you don't already have it. Been collecting SMS stuff as of late, since I found a great condition SMS1 3D Scope model. So I'd like to get into this if possible.

zylon
The only thing I wonder about is the strategy for game selection. It seems we're using only games that haven't been used before, and there's plenty of those. Participation died out fairly quick from lack of players owning the games and that was using mostly commons. Should be interesting.

CGQuarterly
Just get an Everdrive. Then game availability is no longer a problem. Chris
BioForceApe
How about players get an chance to use emulators?
cparsley
I wouldn't see why that wouldn't be a problem, as virtually all other HSC's use emulators today (as long as game is 100% emulated correctly) without a problem. It is up to the individual running the HSC of course....
CGQuarterly
Yeah, I think all the HSCs allow emulators. I allow it in both of my HSCs. You really can't expect everyone to own every game that you're going to play. Chris
Sonic R
though I personally don't have the means for emulation (a computer) it would be almost necessary, especially since many of the games that appear to be on line up are out of region games, which most participants don't have easy access to...
