high voltage
OK i might have a German Gas Hog, but I don't care what country the box /game is from. I might have to get Chase the Chuckwagon, but for me now, Spectravideo/vision is COMPLETE. Maybe I get all those German box titles later....I like those. Dino
Awesome sight How many are PAL v NTSC? Once you get a CTCW and proper Gas Hog then you'll be set!!
Tin_Lunchbox
Very sweet set! Very! I was aware of most of those, but I'll websearch to find out about "Piraten Schiff." Is it any good?

Skylark68
My German is a little weak, but that doesn't seem like a literal translation... Those Spectravideo boxes are very attractive. I remember how flashy they seemed when I was a kid. I only had Planet Patrol and Gangster Alley pre crash and during the crash though. I picked up a few others much later (but no boxes). Planet Patrol outside of collision detection on the later levels is a fun game. I had

I think all PAL, but I buy VCS games from all over the world, I don't worry about TV standards. CTCW I might get 'cart only', as the box takes the game price through the roof. Not an official Spectravideo release, I reckon. The Gas Hog box is fine too, The german translation is pirate ship, nothing to do with a petrol gobbling machine whatsoever. . nofrills100
Nice! Is the Mangia box genuine? The condition looks great. You have come this far, you might as well get all the German releases, you shouldn't have too much trouble, and wait for a cheap CTCW CIB. Dino
You should be able to buy a gas hog box reasonably cheap. And I agree, it may be worth only picking up a CTCW cart only (you should easily get one for $50) as the boxes are very expensive....
