Lord-Chaos Posted January 25, 2003 Share Posted January 25, 2003 Do you think it would be a good idea to put the 5200er games converted by "Glenn the 5200 man" (Gremlins etc.) on ATARI 400/800 XL/XE carts ? Some of the games are quite good - but everybody has them as file versions. But I think about using old ATARI carts (usually XE carts) , make a nice label and a box and offer these games as real ATARI 8 Bit computer carts. The only problem is that XE carts cannot be switched off and games must be re-programmed , but maybe it´s better too use new PCBs - games could be loaded to memory just like files from disk.
