Pixelboy
Can't see how it could not work with Atarimax Actually, Eduardo is planning to use his new "Super Game" PCB instead of the MegaCart for DKA, and this new "Super Game" PCB is not compatible with the AtariMax SD cart. However, I'm not sure if Eduardo's latest build of DKA runs on a MegaCart or not, since the "Super Game" PCB prototype hasn't been manufactured yet (AFAIK). Maybe but Eduardo could provide a Megacart Demo so people could have something while waiting Just saying....
NIAD
The last time Opcode was online was in September to post a quick message although he still could be following things while not logged-in. Anyway, I am having deja-vu all over again from the early 90's... Soloman Swift/Digital Express Inc.for those that were around and remember. DoctorTom
In this video, DKA looks done, or almost done. What's going on? Is this ROM available somehow? Edited November 21, 2013 by DoctorTom
youki
Eduardo is so perfectionist, i don't think he will release something (being rom or cartridge) if he thinks one "bit" or something is imperfect.
Pixelboy
In this video, DKA looks done, or almost done. What's going on? Is this ROM available somehow? If memory serves me right, there are a few things Eduardo wants to improve in DKA before releasing it, such as to have DK move across the screen smoothly (on the conveyor belt) in the pie/cement factory level, and improve the sprite flicker algorithm. tomjscott
My SGM and 2 super game carts is still up on eBay and only at $54 so far. The SGM alone is worth $90. http://www.ebay.com/itm/131050095161?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

Well, unlikely and I'm sure there will be a run of bidding on it coming very soon although including the two games, which many might already have but not the SGM, could end up being a detriement. We shall see soon enough... Good Luck.
tomjscott
I wouldn't think the games would be a problem. At worst, they could turn around and sell them separately and make back some of their investment. Anyway, you are probably right. Maybe everyone is waiting to the last minute to fire their bids off. Otherwise, I'll be taking a major loss on this. Edited November 22, 2013 by tomjscott

atarilovesyou
It may or may not...but it looks like he'll at least break even, which is all you can really expect on ebay. I just finished a sale on an item that garnered $130 and was in horrible condition...mine goes up, I get $50 (in great shape and detailed photos). You really just never know. I just wish I put my starting bid at $100, because of the 15 watchers, I only had one bid. You never can tell. But it's already looking good for this auction, because there's lots of time left and he's already over 200. These SGMs are going to become very cool collectors items someday...I know I wouldn't part with mine, games or not. The production run is low, and who really knows what will happen in the future. ghsqb
Eduardo, if you are reading this, I'd like my 2 SGMs that I paid for Day 1 from the first run. I understand this is a hobby, and real life comes first, but if you could take 2 minutes to reach out and let me know what's going on, I'd appreciate it. Thanks
