DOS Game Exit Screens

Been playing some Doom lately and its made me a bit nostalgic for the days of DOS Shareware games. I had a friend who was constantly getting sampler CDs that had tons of great games. And remember how they all seemed to have some sort of exit screen exhorting you to buy the game? Doom had one of my favorites, one that continued to shake you down for money even after you bought the game.

 

 

I probably played more "episode 1s" then anything though. $60+ dollars for all the Wolfenstein levels in 1990s money. Not on $5/week allowance lol
