Ninjabba
Revolutionary! https://www.youtube....h?v=JZIaouzxAys And I quote a youtube user: "Well, the title of this game fulfills its promise. I actually feel as if the quantum barrier has broken and I'm back in the 90's, playing a Sega CD game." Lets hope we'll have a lot of these games coming up, giving comedy legacy for generations to come! Its not fair that today's gamers don't know the essence of FMV Edited June 14, 2013 by Ninjabba
Major Havoc 2049
Is that in-game footage or just Microsoft using live actors for the trailer/commercial? Microsoft has been using live actors in trailers and commercials since Halo 3. As a mater of fact, the majority of Halo 3 and Halo 4 commercials and trailers use live actors, but none in the game itself.
Ninjabba
Ah, I think you're right.. those are just actors for some commercial. I got misleaded by their presentation.. it cracked me up though, saw flashbacks from the 90s. Reading into it a bit more, it comes from Remedy and they delivered some good stuff (Max Payne, Alan Wake). The game will include "live action videos" according to the current wikipedia page
Major Havoc 2049
Ahhh..I did some research and that is the Xbox One reveal trailer announcing both the Quantum Break TV/Net series AND the game, from a couple of weeks ago. The latest E3 trailer shows just game footage and no footage from the series. Microsoft has a new TV/Movie division headed by a former Warner Bros. Exec and is bringing an episodic Halo series to Xbox One by Steven Spielberg and Quantum Break as well. Much like how Netflix and Machinima is bringing out original content. Interesting how the net, TV, consoles, mobile devices and computers are all merging together.
