SonicFans468 Posted June 16, 2013 Share Posted June 16, 2013 Hello. About 2 weeks ago I've orderd 4 homebrews from the store and since then the order status is still pending. I've tried emailing to the sales email address about a week ago and yet recieved any form of response from them. I understand that they do take a little bit to process the order but two weeks and nothing has happend seems a little much. I fell as if I'm getting scammed! Could anyone tell me what's going on? Probably because Al needs to catch up with a lot of orders and parts (labels, carts,boards, manuals etc.) I'm sure someone will get back to you soon.
