godzillajoe
Mangia is such a weird game, I love it. Bank Heist is another hidden gem Seaquest RealSports Volleyball never gets any love. I played the hell outta that one when it came out. Atari Video Cube once you get the idea is fun. I dismissed it for years as just video Rubik's Cube but it's totally different Another vote for Fast Eddie I also loved Space Cavern and Infiltrate though most seem to hate them Encounter at L-
sprazzi
I would say "Fast Food", the eighties in a game.
WolfAmongWolves
Shark Attack. I've seen it pop up on some “worst games“ lists and was baffled. It has so many things going for it that really make it more than just another Pacman clone. I love the fact that the maze walls are sticky and that you sometimes need to spend some time lining up your diver so you don't get stuck. The fact that you don't get any points for collected gems until you bring them back to the shark cage (and risk losing them all if you die before you do) adds a level of strategy to the game that to my knowledge is unique among the Pacman-inspired games. But what really sets it apart is the great two-player mode: While almost all games with alternating turns make the second player wait until the first player has died, Shark Attack also switches to the other player after each maze has been cleared. That means the second player doesn't have to sit around twiddling his thumbs for 15 minutes if the first player is good. Incidentally, Shark Attack was one of the only Atari games I could persuade my little sister to play with me when we were kids. In all other games my turns would last roughly 10 minutes, while hers would last about 30 seconds. Shark Attack was the great equalizer.
