I have collected from many sites and I would like to put them back on floppy and or hard drive (don't have one yet, which one should I get) I do not want to emulate on my PC, I want to load/play on my STE. There is lot of games fixed for running from hard disk - copying files from floppy versions on hard disk in usually not enough, and often there are no files to copy. There are some tools like Floppy Image Runner http://atari.8bitchip.info/imgrun.php .
