RTFM, and fiddle around with the difficulty switches. They change the firing mechanism. Tip number one: You are moving faster when you're not firing. I opened up Vanguard & messed with it a bit & thought "WOW I know that tune, what IS that ??!!" Then the next day the song came on again and I was very happy to discover a fun fact I'd played a lot of Vanguard, and loved the movie Flash Gordon (and in more recent years the soundtrack, it rocks!), but never put the two together. That tune always made me wonder though, where else do I know that from??
