cmb1100
Hey guys! I got a good deal on a Jag, but it only has the console. I want to know what power supply I could use because it seems to be a pretty standard plug for power. My only worries are A/V and finding a controller. If you guys have any advice for me I'd be much obliged, and if any of you could send me or sell me (for a reasonable price of course) a A/V cable, controller, or both I'd be very grateful. Thanks! Zerosquare
The power supply is 9 volts, 1.2 A (1200 mA) or more, center negative (don't use the opposite polarity, you'll damage the console). Using a Genesis/Megadrive 1 power supply is okay; don't use the one from the Genesis/Megadrive 2. The A/V cable can be built if you know how to use a soldering iron (or know someone who does). Otherwise you can get an official one, but they tend to be expensive for what they are. If your Jaguar has a RF output and you still have a TV set with an analog tuner, you can also use a standard antenna cable, but the picture and sound quality will be poor. For the controller, several companies sell them. Where are you from? Oh, and grab a copy of Tempest 2000. It's cheap and it's one of the Jaguar's best games
Rick Dangerous
Finding the necessary hardware is no problem. http://www.best-electronics-ca.com/jaguar.htm http://www.myatari.com/ But be warned: This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.
