ComputerSpaceFan
God I love old EM machines like that, congrats! Wish there was a home version. Not sure how that would be possible, but I still wish it.
+save2600
Sea Wolf is not an EM machine - Sea Raider is. And there's a nice version of Sea Wolf for the 2600 in the AA store. Posting from my phone right now, else I'd provide links.
ledzep
Still for sale - http://atariage.com/store/index.php?l=product_detail&p=287 Too bad there's no way to code up a real (first-person perspective, no ship on the bottom firing the torpedoes) Sea Wolf game with a custom periscope controller, huh? Hahaaha, what a monster that would be. Would probably only need one pot and couple firing buttons, though.
onemoretime
To be honest, it's not the game that is impressive, it's the fact that you are immersed into it. Ledzep makes a valid point. While I truly like the 2600 game, it doesn't stand up to the arcade. Not on account that it's not enjoyable ( it is), but because it can't put you into the game... ledzep
There was one of those Sea Wolf games at California Extreme a couple years ago. At first I was only going to play it once because, come on, old-school mechanical arcade games aren't shit next to the more modern golden era '80s games, right? But I kept playing it because, as you say, you're immersed in the game but also, even more importantly, I really really liked the lights representing torpedoes going away in real perspective and then the other lights for the explosions. Hahahaa, so quaint! But it was actually really cool. Took me back to being a little kid and seeing Sea Wolf in Sears, I think? Can't remember where but I remember playing it and so seeing it at California Extreme was the best. If I had unlimited room and money I'd definitely get one. VectorGamer
Congrats on the pickup! Sea Wolf was a big hit in my town when it came out. What condition is it in now? Is it playable?
onemoretime
It's pretty rough at the moment. I'm going to recap the power supply before I even think about plugging it in. On these old ones, in my opinion anyhow, they should never be plugged in until the power supply has been recapped, and the voltages adjusted. I'm hoping that the proms are ok, on account that I don't have an i/c writer . The rest of it I can pretty much handle.
R.O.T.S
Nice cab , I love the game and recall playing one over here in the UK and I think it was in an arcade on a pier in Blackpool.

Crimefighter
The Astrocade has a port, as does the Commodore 64 & VIC-20.
