UKRetrogamer
also supercart boards: http://www.arcadeshopper.com/wp/?page_id=11#!/Supercart-Cartridge-PCB-bare/p/44354006/category=5051340 The parts list required to build a Supercart board on this page specify a 2.2uf Tantalum capacitor but the board shows a PLUS on the left-side of this part's location. Wouldn't a note of polarity indicate this space should take an Electrolytic? Edited November 17, 2014 by UKRetrogamer
Gazoo
Note: For the ubergrom board, you need to have Rom and Grom chips that play nice with each other. I had all sorts of problems till I figured that out. Gazoo
+Ksarul
Correct, it is a tantalum capacitor. Here's a tutorial on the type being used: http://www.learningaboutelectronics.com/Articles/How-to-read-a-tantalum-capacitor.php Some of them really do have positive leads. . . Note that any 104-type capacitor of 50V or less will do in the .1uF slot for the other capacitor. . .

Imperious
I've looked into the programming side of things and I can get an adaptor for my Willem 5.0b for the flash chip, and make my own to program the Atmega1284p using AVRDUDE, just one problem Your website says that You do not ship to Australia (upon entering address), can this be changed please? Likely shipping would only be around the $15 mark for a small package via 1st class mail. EDIT - Shipping to Australia fixed Edited November 19, 2014 by Imperious

Please Let me know if purchasing 2 doesn't impact the shipping too much, as that may be a worthwhile idea, doubt I'll ever need more than 2 of these. Gary from OPA
first class mail to Europe, Canada and USA at this point. I can find a price for that if you want. Greg Thanks, I will have to contact my friend in Florida, and get him to relay the stuff to me. I will be touch when I am ready to order some boards. I guess this lot will go fast, when will the next lot be available for purchase?
+Ksarul
As soon as I build some more of them, Gary. I've got enough boards to last me a while--and all of the parts needed to populate a few hundred of the boards as pictured. My personal goal is to make sure that a wide range of TI hardware remains in stock and available to the community for as long as I can reasonably keep it going (from an economical standpoint). Gazoo
If anyone is interested in putting together your own XB v2.7 Suite cartridge, I have 5 chipsets and 5 cartridge labels left. Purchase the ubergrom board from Arcadeshopper, chips and label from me, add your own cartridge shell, and you're in business. Chipset and label - $17, shipping included. Send me a PM if interested.
