Request for scan of 32k Mem Card Label.

As I've mentioned, I am trying to restore a PEB that was in really bad shape. The 32k card out of it is itself fine but its case had paint that was badly bubbling and chipped forcing me to sandblast, prime and re-paint it. I would really like to have a sticker label printed to make it look original. Does anyone have a scan I could use?

 

I was thinking about trying to redraw it in cad but figured that I would ask before trying to reinvent the wheel.

I'm not sure if this is good enough, but here it is. I had to scan it in situ because I couldn't get it off without tearing it.
